Meet Aaliyah Latimer

Aaliyah Latimer is a dedicated educator, entrepreneur, and advocate for student development based in North Jersey, New Jersey. With six years of experience in education, including ABA and MD classroom settings, Aaliyah has built her professional journey around one central belief: every student deserves an opportunity to learn, grow, feel valued, and discover their potential.

Her journey into education began in childhood, when she would play teacher with her siblings. What started as a childhood fascination eventually grew into a meaningful professional commitment to education, student growth, and family engagement.

Aaliyah holds a degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Management and Marketing, along with certifications in Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, and Substitute Teaching. She is also a New Jersey Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and is certified in First Aid/CPR, with extensive experience supporting students through individualized learning and behavioral-development strategies.

During her years as a New Jersey educator, Aaliyah gained firsthand insight into both the strengths and limitations of traditional educational systems. She recognized the need for greater flexibility and creativity in how students develop practical skills, express themselves, and engage in meaningful learning experiences. Her classroom experience ultimately inspired her to think beyond the traditional structure of education and create something of her own.

In November 2025, Aaliyah took a courageous step forward, resigning from public school teaching and launching ASL Enterprise Service LLC, using a portion of her pension to invest in her vision. This transition marked the beginning of a new chapter—one centered on entrepreneurship, creativity, skills development, and giving back to the community.

As the founder, Aaliyah brings together big-picture vision, hands-on educational experience, business knowledge, and genuine compassion for people. She sets the tone for the culture she is building: one grounded in excellence, self-love, connection, and opportunity.

Aaliyah believes that success is not simply about reaching a destination—it is about creating a personal roadmap, having the courage to follow it, and helping others discover their own path along the way. Her approach to students, parents, staff, and community members is deeply personal. She leads with warmth, a welcoming smile, and the belief that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and care.

ASL Enterprise Service LLC is an extension of Aaliyah's passion for education, personal growth, creativity, and community. Through her work, she hopes to inspire students and families to think beyond limitations, develop meaningful skills, embrace who they are, and create their own pathways to success.

For Aaliyah, this is more than a business. It is a purpose-driven journey—and a reflection of her love for the craft, her community, and the people she serves.
