Meet the Founder

Aaliyah Latimer is a 6-year Educator in New Jersey, North Jersey region. She adopted the main concepts of the business structure in education and child care from the NJ Board of Education. "My journey into education began in childhood, playing teacher with my siblings. Over the years, this early fascination evolved into a deep, professional commitment to fostering student growth. Holding a degree in Business Administration/Management & Marketing, certified in Customer Service and Supply Chain Management, Substitution Teaching and 6 years of ABA/MD classroom experience. In addition to credentials, Ms. Latimer is a certified NJ RBT, First Aid/CPR and family communication and connection expert. I am dedicated to creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment where every student can thrive.”

Aaliyah resigned from public school teaching and opened ASL Enterprise Service LLC. in Novemeber 2025, with a small portion of her pension. She discovered the formality of red tape in creative thinking and skills development for students during classroom learning, while employed as NJ State educator.

With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. She sets the tone for everything we do. The passion for excellence and self-love is expressed daily to students, parents and staff. Ideally, she treats every one she encounters like a family memeber, with a warm embrace and a big smile. Aaliyah Latimer’s determination to create a personal successful roadmap to win is a small token of her love for the craft and giving back to the community.
